This book represents an effective summation of his methods and philosophy which combine his NLP and theater training techniques with 45 years of professional performing experience. Colgrass introduces a multitude of tools within the context of a fictional character's life story. Each chapter of this narrative has a corresponding chapter in the second part of the book which serves as a workbook containing more detailed descriptions, explanations, exercises and suggestions -- even some healthy recipes!
