This seminar, designed for youth participants from Grade 10 - 12 (or equivalent), will focus on leadership skills in four areas:

• Leadership in global issues
• Leadership through personal skills
• Leadership on environmental concerns
• Leadership in communication strategies

Nearly 200 youth from around the wold will gather at the Pearson College residential campus on the Pacific Ocean to participate in discussion groups, role simulation games, cultural exchanges and trips around Vancouver Island. Presenters, speakers and facilitators will challenge participants to develop a global perspective.
