Application Process.
1. an Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) Form to the centre in Guelph by February 1, 2001. Foreign students may download the application from their web site at www.ouac.on.ca/105F. Canadian students download the www.ouac.on.ca/105D.
2. a completed Music Questionnaire to the Faculty of Music Admissions Officer with the non-refundable $60.00 audition/interview processing fee enclosed (certified cheque or money order ONLY, payable to the Faculty of Music, University of Toronto) no later than March 1, 2001. For priority consideration for scholarships. the Music Questionaire is due no later than January 15, 2001. In addition, 3 reference letters, 1 copy of your academic transcript, and results of Conservatory exams are required.
